This letter will serve as authorization to use Manufacturer ’s LOGO (as identified below) for the sole purpose of marketing Indoor/Outdoor finished LED lighting products that use Manufacturer’s LED products only (“Ligh ting Products”) in the following manners: printing LOGO on Lighting Products or carton boxes of those products. and displaying LOGO on (’ustomer’s website.

LOGO cannot be modified or changed in any way and should be used  in such  a  way instructed by Manufacturer. LOGO shall not be used in any  manner.  which  may  be  considered disparaging or negative. Manufacturer serves the right to approve all use of its LOGO and to revoke the license to use LOGO at any time in its sole discretion.
