When processing LED lights as required, customers are still guaranteed our own warranty policies.
The process of ordering LED lights on request at Kim Sang:
Step 1: Receive and check customer demand information
Customers make requirements on models, types, capacity … of the lamp; logo, packaging, box as desired. Kim Sang will receive the information that customers request.
Step 2: Make sample products
Proceed to make sample products as required and send them to customers for approval, edited if customers are not satisfied. If the customer no longer has any problems with the sample product, Kim Sang will proceed with the quotation.
Step 3: Quotation
After receiving the information and closing the lamp sample that the customer requested, we will send a detailed quotation to the customer. The most reasonable and competitive price.
Step 4: Make a principle contract
After the 2 parties confirm that the contract is sent via Email, print those 4 sets of Contracts and submit them to the Board of Directors for approval.
Sales staff send customers to sign contracts and hand over to customers to keep 2 sets of contracts, Kim Sang Company keeps 2 sets.
Step 5: Receive orders, produce and deliver
After signing the contract, Kim Sang will proceed to produce and deliver goods to customers.
